Employment is an integral part of the lives of active people. We at CONCORDIA Bulgaria see employment as joyful and an instrument for a dignified life and we instill these same values in disadvantaged youths who turn to us for support.

We provide support to marginalized youth to work on their independence by using different methods which are individually based on the concrete needs of every person. Our staff offers trainings both in job-coaching an in applying and looking for work as well.

In job-coaching we introduce the youths to various professions and the skills and knowledge they need to practice them. We guide them to trainings so they can acquire the needed professional certification.

In assisting with starting work, we train the adolescents on how to write an attractive CV, which are the ways and channels for job-hunting, communicating with employers, their employee rights and obligations, how to develop a routine and sustainable habits for creating and saving assets. Our support includes mentorship and access to protected workplaces in our own social businesses.
